Welcome to All Digi Mkt (All Digital Marketing). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and digital marketing solutions. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Offered

All Digi Mkt provides digital marketing services, which may include:

• Social Media Marketing

• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

• Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Campaigns

• Content Marketing

• Website Development and Maintenance

• Brand Strategy and Consultation

The scope and pricing of services will be outlined in a separate service agreement or proposal.

2. Client Obligations

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.

• Supply necessary materials (e.g., logos, content, access credentials) in a timely manner.

• Review deliverables promptly and provide feedback as required.

3. Fees and Payment Terms

• All services are billed according to the terms set out in your proposal or service agreement.

• Invoices are payable within 2 days from the date of issue.

• Late payments may incur a 0.5% monthly interest charge.

• Additional services outside the agreed scope will be billed at our standard hourly rate.

4. Term and Termination

• This agreement begins on the start date of service and continues until terminated by either party.

• Either party may terminate with [30] days’ written notice.

• Upon termination, all unpaid fees become due immediately. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment.

5. Intellectual Property

• The client retains ownership of their pre-existing content and materials.

• We retain ownership of any proprietary tools, methods, or templates used.

• Final deliverables (e.g., marketing content, reports, designs) become the client’s property upon full payment.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary information and trade secrets shared during the course of the project.

7. Performance and Guarantees

While we aim to achieve the best possible results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as page 1 rankings or a set number of leads/sales, as digital marketing results depend on many external factors.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability will not exceed the total amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of INDIA.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these terms and will notify clients of material changes. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.
