Cancellation and Refund

1. Cancellation Policy
Ongoing Services (e.g., SEO, Social Media Management, PPC):
Clients may cancel monthly or retainer-based services by providing written notice at least 14 days prior to the next billing cycle.
Cancellations must be sent to info@alldigimkt.com with your account or project details.
If cancellation notice is received less than 14 days before the next billing cycle, the client will be charged for the upcoming month, and cancellation will take effect the following cycle.
One-Time Projects (e.g., Website Design, Campaign Setup):
If the project has not started, a full refund (minus transaction fees) may be issued upon written request.
If the project has started, the client will be billed for the portion of work completed up to the cancellation date. No refund will be given once the project is 50% or more complete.
2. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital marketing services (time-based work, strategy, and labor-intensive deliverables), we do not offer full refunds once services have been rendered.
Eligible Refund Scenarios:
Service Not Rendered: If a prepaid service was not delivered within the agreed time frame and the delay is solely caused by ALL DIGI MKT, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund.
Double Payments or Billing Errors: Full refunds will be issued in cases of billing errors or duplicate charges.
Non-Refundable Items:
Setup fees
Third-party expenses (e.g., ad spend, plugin subscriptions, stock images)
Completed work or services rendered
